( Work Duties )
- Collaborate with funder & digital creatives on PYO event department administration setup & client journey framework.
- Event manager to deliver their assigned client's measures from initial inquiry consultations via video conference to the final wedding day support.
- Collab consultation of digital event display, invitation designs, guest list & PYO event protocols.
- Staff recruitment & training, when the business rapidly grows as the head of events we are expecting numerous amount of recruits to be trained & deliver the premium personalised brand service.
- The head of the departments is expected to deliver targeted goals & highest success rates.
