Melbourne, Australia Parliament of Victoria Full time

Location: Melbourne | CBD

Job type: Full time / 12 Months

Organisation: Parliament of Victoria

**Salary**: $103,920 - $114,828

Occupation: IT and Telecommunications

Reference: VG/002154

We are seeking a talented, collaborative SharePoint Administrator who can engage and support staff and departments in using SharePoint technology as a tool to enhance digital communication.

**SharePoint Administrator**
**DEPARTMENT OF PARLIAMENTARY SERVICES**

**12 month fixed-term opportunity**

At the Parliament, our employees are the key to our success. Together we deliver innovative, professional and apolitical services to support our elected representatives and the democratic process.

Our Parliament should be reflective of the community, and that's why we seek to recruit the best, regardless of gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation or cultural background.

**About the role**

As SharePoint Administrator you will provide your specialist knowledge to deliver innovative solutions that meet Parliament's strategic objectives and digital information needs. You will be responsible for day-to-day administration of our intranet and drive implementation of projects to improve the use of digital information and digital channels across the organisation.

You will work closely with our Records Management team as they roll out a key records management project across the organisation and will provide advanced technical guidance and knowledge in developing and supporting an enterprise SharePoint environment.

**About you**

This position is ideal for anyone with proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online environments and loves showcasing their technical creativity to solve complex issues. Showcasing your strong written and verbal communication skills, we want you to go out to the business and engage with key stakeholders, and influence others to adopt new technologies.

You will have experience using technologies, such as Office 365 online, SharePoint online, MS Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, Nintex and forms to enhance collaboration across the Parliament.

**Why join us?**
We offer flexible work, come to the iconic heritage listed Parliament House building or our adjacent modern offices and collaborate with the team one day, work from home the next. The nature and scope of flexible options available will depend on the nature of the position. You are encouraged to discuss flexible arrangements with the hiring manager during the recruitment process.

Your professional development is important to us, that's why we have a dedicated learning and development framework, along with leadership development programs and targeted in-house training.

When you excel at your work and initiate innovative solutions or go above and beyond to demonstrate our values, you will be recognised for your efforts through our reward and recognition program.
