Northbourne Group are on the hunt for Hospitality specialist & Bar crew to join our team for the exciting 2024 Spring & Summer event season which will begin in November

**About us**

Northbourne is Australia's most experienced and versatile event, bar & catering management team with over 80 years experience amongst our team.

Northbourne brings together some of the best drink slinging experts from around Australia to exciting and unique events — ranging from boutique activations, pop up theatre and art performances right through premier music festivals.

**What you need to bring to the team?**

1. It's more than slinging bevies all day. You know how to send positive vibes and have a cracking attitude that the patrons love. This means great customer service and knowing what it means to work as a team.

2. A current RSA is critical and a good understanding of the RSA laws to ensure we do right by our patrons.

3. Bar experience is a big help but if you don’t have any - not a deal breaker. We know everyone needs to start somewhere and we will find the right events for you to get your start.
