**Seeking a Diploma or experienced Certificate 3 Early Childhood Educator to join our amazing team and our Exceeding Centre.**

Initial 3 month block with potential to be permanent.

Looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and someone who has initiative and passionate about educating and nurturing children in their early years.

**Selection Criteria for position**:

- ACECQA approved qualification
- A Working with Children Check clearance number
- Current approved first aid qualification for early education and care
- Completed an approved child protection Statement of Attainment
- Previous experience in working in an Early Childhood Service
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework and Legislation.
- Literacy skills and able to document children's learning and contribute to the development of an educational program. For e.g.. Able to write and record observations and help plan the program.
- Able to develop strong relationships with children and families
- Implementing the policies and associated procedures at all times
- Working with other staff towards continuous improvement in all areas
- Demonstrated high level of ethical and professional behaviour, including confidentiality and teamwork
- Commitment to your own ongoing professional development in early childhood
- Understanding of the NQS and EYLF

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
