**Your new role**

Your job duties & responsibility include but are not limited to the following:

- Coordinating customer shipments with the origin office, whilst continuing to monitor shipments until destination delivery
- Updating clients regarding order status including delays
- Providing a personalized and customized service solution to clients
- Monitoring and reporting shipment status updates
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Updating customers on their export/import shipments
- Customer Quotations
- Utilizing CargoWise to update customer reports

**What you will need to succeed**
- 2+ years’ experience in Freight forwarding or shipping line (essential)
- Full proficiency with CargoWise
- Well-developed customer service skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Understanding of shipping processes relating to import shipments, both sea, and air.
- Ability to liaise with the operations department and other stakeholders
