We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable **Customer Service Consultant**to join our team at the **Hazelmere Contact Centre**. Every interaction is an opportunity to connect with our customers.
- Stay cool under pressure, quickly resolving customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Handle multiple tasks like a pro, whether it’s talking with a customer while updating our systems or helping them navigate self-service options.
- Record important details in our Salesforce CRM, ensuring every customer gets the care they deserve.

**Shift Times**Days and hours are scheduled on a rotating roster and will vary weekly to meet the needs of the Contact Centre. **You must be available within the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.**

**What you’ll Bring**
- Great communication skills with the ability to adapt to different people and situations.
- The ability to multitask and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, actively listen to customer concerns, and use problem-solving skills to address issues effectively.
- A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn. Experience in fast logistics, food or any fast-moving industry is a big plus—but a can-do attitude is what matters most.
