The position offers an opportunity to work autonomously within a supportive, team-oriented environment, with a focus on financial management and sustainability goals.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Grants and Contracts Officer to manage sustainability grants and contracts. You will oversee projects from start to finish, working autonomously while supporting a collaborative team dedicated to sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage grants and contracts for sustainability projects, including drafting agreements and variations.
- Foster strong relationships with project partners and grant recipients.
- Navigate complex project timelines and competing priorities.
- Ensure financial accountability using strong financial acumen and data analysis.
- Use databases and ICT platforms to track and monitor projects.
- Provide expert advice on government grants processes and compliance.

**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- Recent experience in grants and contract management within the public sector.
- Attention to detail in drafting agreements and managing contracts.
- Ability to manage relationships and competing project deadlines effectively.
- Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with databases and bespoke ICT platforms.
- Passion for sustainability and collaboration with a team-oriented approach.
