**The Opportunity**

As the Brand Marketing Manager you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the company brand portfolio through digital, retail and trade strategies to meet organisational objectives, driving customer conversion. You will be responsible for brand awareness, campaign management, content strategy and leadership.

**You will**:

- Drive the branded content strategy and campaign process
- Build, grow and nurture online communities
- Create consistency across all communication touch points
- Develop and maintain influential relationships
- manage and coach direct reports
- Work closely with key stakeholders including GM and Creative Director to ensure marketing activities are aligned across the business and brand strategies
- Manage digital agency in conjunction with E-Commerce Manager to deliver the best results and value
- Ensure alignment across all key marketing communication channels (paid, owned media, social and digital, events and activations)

**Ideally you will**:

- Ideally come from a retail background skilled in both B2C and B2B
- Proven experience in managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new situations within a business
- Proven Brand and Marketing expertise
- Successful skills in scope, planning and delivery of projects
