**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

You will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of the marking strategy including but not limited to EDMs, socials, online marketing, promotions and product content updates. Working closely with the (amazing) Sales and Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with a fun, passionate and driven team. Your day to day will look a little something like:

- Briefing creative digital advertising for Meta and Google
- Managing company websites
- Managing the customer database and have a strong understanding of database segmentation
- Execute marketing campaigns and communications with our database
- Liaising and working with external digital agencies when required
- Staying up to date on industry trends and technology
- Competitor monitoring and reporting
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team across campaigns / key projects

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

You must have a genuine care for sustainability and a care for the environment. We’re after someone who can really connect with the brand and the product. Some other necessities include:

- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management and/or PR (e - commerce experience will make us smile)
- Qualification in Marketing or related discipline essential
- Social media content creation skills
- Solid data analytics, insights and campaign reporting skills
