Hello Harry - The Burger Joint in Birtinya are looking for our new grill master

We are a funky burger joint that make all our sauces, relishes and seasonings in store, burgers without the bullsht

This is a senior position and requires reliability, flexibility and being available throughout the day and into the evening on varying shifts.

You MUST have kitchen work experience which includes working in a fast paced environment and experience in cooking on a grill and fryers. You must also want to be a supportive team member and be able to work efficiently alone along with other team members as well as able to multi-task.

This is a casual position with 20-30 hours a week and may be more when needed in busy periods or proving to step up for more hours.

This role will be for an all-rounder who is quick on their feet, reliable and loves delivering amazing customer service and has a high standard of delivering quality food to our customers

Your duties will include cooking on a grill, using deep fryers and general kitchen duties which will include dishes and basic prep of foods on a daily basis; as well as keeping and maintaining a clean work space is a must

Experience in cleaning a grill on a daily bases and filtering of fryers is a plus

Pay rate is based on Restaurant Industry Award.

Intense training will be provided by our team for the right person.

Pay: $21.84 - $36.68 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
