We’re an Australian based business coaching company dedicated to helping service based business owners scale their business.

We provide turnkey business solutions, plus leadership and personal growth tools and resources to help our clients grow through our AS Academy program.

We’ve been doing this work 11 years, have worked with over 600 clients and have a proven track record of being an industry leader.

We are going through an exciting growth phase and are looking for a part time **Business Coach / Account Manager **to join our Sydney office. This position will be **2-3 days a week **with the opportunity to increase to full time as we scale over the next 6 months.

You will work alongside our CEO to build relationships and provide coaching and strategic advice to our clients to ensure we deliver on helping them reach their goals whether that be to increase cash flow, hire an awesome team or remove themselves from day to day tasks.

**About You**:
To be successful with us, you need a true passion for helping others. You must be self motivated, time efficient and a team player. You will have extensive experience focusing on mindset, sales, marketing and other high value, growth related tools.

You will be 100% responsible for making results-driven decisions and be confident working towards high customer satisfaction/happiness, high retention rates and company goals.

You will take full ownership of managing your accounts, implementing communication strategies, managing the check in process & tracking client results.

We are looking for someone with corporate business acumen, someone who knows how a business runs and operates. You would also be responsible for researching new content/training ideas and facilitating weekly members calls and coaching sessions based on your findings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand our customers, their pains, frustrations and challenges and provide clear suggestions on how to overcome them using our training and methodologies as a framework.
- Implement our strategic communications plan.
- Take full responsibility for the customer journey & satisfaction.
- Conduct onboarding calls, check ins and upgrade/ retention calls.
- Measuring and monitoring performance progress and results, collating material/ success stories that can be passed onto the Marketing team.
- Facilitating weekly Q&A coaching calls via Zoom and extra 1-1 support calls when needed.
- Provide accountability to members, keeping them on track and dealing with any challenges as they come up
- Reporting any feedback to the team in our morning huddle.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years doing this work, and the results and knowledge to prove it.
- An understanding and strong focus on mindset and the psychology behind it.
- Deep understanding of the coaching/ account management world, and everything included.
- Knowledge of entrepreneurial and corporate business concepts and functions.
- Ability to connect and build rapport with a wide variety of business owners, from lawyers to construction and everything in between.
- Experience in end to end customer journey & communications strategies.
- Strong project & time management.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:

**Experience**:

- coaching or account management: 3 years (preferred)
