**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking a
- Genuinely supporting the establishment and maintenance of safe workplaces and a high performing proactive safety culture
- Professionally undertaking HSE duties and initiatives including reporting, event management, risk management, meetings, inductions, etc.
- Providing informed advice and guidance on HSE matters
- Delivering on assigned tasks on time
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the Warrikal team and client representatives
- Undertaking leading activities including engagements, observations, inspections and audits
- Providing performance feedback to improve safety standards
- Leading a team of HSE Advisors

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum Cert IV HSE or Diploma in WHS.
- Cert IV Training and Assessing (TAE) - Desirable.
- Formal incident investigation training (TapRoot, Essential Factors or ICAM).
- Demonstrated FIFO experience in the mining and resource sector.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Sound knowledge of risk management.
- Audit qualification and experience desirable.
