**Position summary**

The installation lead is responsible for on-site installations and daily site management to ensure timely completion, high quality of service and cost-effective management of installation resources. The installation lead will function as crew leader on smaller projects and will work under the direction of our project management team on large projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Strong crew leader who sets daily performance/results expectations, and has the respect of his/her crew
- Takes ownership for project results and details. Follows through to project finish
- Understands the direction of project requirements, resulting in good high quality workmanship that meet field standards
- Follows through with consistent and accurate paperwork—detailed time sheets, client sign-offs, punch list items, change orders, product return forms, inventory check-out, etc.
- Manages varying project/field conditions and makes decisions to solve problems and changes in the scope of work
- Communicates project status, problems and punch-list in writing to dispatch, sales personnel and sales support, and to project management personnel
- Shows and demonstrates a strong understanding of WH&S measure to ensure a safe workspace for self and team

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
