**Installation Consultant**

**Sydney**

**Office based role.**

The Installation & Professional Services division is charged with Installing core product, the System into new and existing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Installation Consultant is responsible for the presentation, configuration, training, and support of onboarding clients from their legacy system to the platform.
- Facilitate, internal and external training courses for assigned modules, onsite and remotely.

Completion of installation and consulting activities.
- Following project plans tasks and due dates.
- Scope and assist to quote Adhoc consulting requests.
- Manage resolution of second level support issues.
- Participate and contribute to weekly team meetings.
- Maintenance of User and Quick Reference documentation in line with Release schedule.
- Coach new/other team members for undertaking of Mentor Programs as requested by Manager or Team Lead.
- Undertake creation and maintenance of eLearning.
- Entry of time sheet and project tasks on a daily basis, entry required prior to Close of Business.

EXPERIENCE
- Excellent time management, organisational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel).
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional presence, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software.
