Employsure is Australia’s leading provider of ER & WHS support for small business and family enterprise across Australia and New Zealand.

As part of a multi-national business, we have one of the most unique offerings in the marketplace, providing advice and support to ensure businesses have someone to turn to when they have difficult Employment Relations and Work Health & Safety issues to navigate.

You will also contribute your knowledge and expertise to support Employsure's webinar service, providing technical information to existing and potential clients across a range of ER topics.

You will have prior demonstrated experience running employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management coupled with a strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret the Australian Modern Award systems.
