**Lead a team to deliver a first class service**
As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will be overall responsible for the technical success of the entire system engineering as a fully integrated system with the required attributes to meet company needs and technical industry and regulation requirements:
As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Providing System Engineering Management for both tenders and project execution, overall responsible for the technical success of the entire system solution with the required attributes to meet company needs and technical industry and regulation requirements
- Providing project engineering management to the overall engineering budget and schedule, diligent control of the Technical Change process, and providing regular reporting of Project Engineering status to the Project team, to Company, and to other stakeholders
- Managing and in charge of large EPC system EFAT/SIT activities, including writing testing procedures, test program planning and execution.
- Managing of Internal and External Interfaces.
- Delivering main System Engineering documents including schematics, P&IDs, Design Basis, pre-commissioning & commissioning procedures
- Leading a group of multi-disciplined & multi-location system and product engineers on tender and project, providing them guidance to deliver on time, on quality and within budget.

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor’s degree in engineering or science-based discipline
- Able to demonstrate experience of subsea production systems engineering, project engineering and management.
- Be domain expertise across at least 2 of the following (one at ‘expert’ level):Subsea Tree / Wellhead; Topside and Subsea Production Controls System; Subsea Distribution System; Subsea Structure & Connection System
- Have experiences of pre-commissioning, commissioning, installation, offshore environment would be preferred.
- Be available to travel internationally for project needs and for short term assignments
- Be a fluent English speaker
