Dymocks is a nationally recognised multi-channel retail brand with stores across Australia and a significant property portfolio. An exciting opportunity now exists for a full time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team on a fixed term maternity leave cover basis.

**Description**:
The role

As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will ensure the accurate processing of billings and allocation of receipts for the retail and property businesses across the Group. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will primarily oversee the reporting, administration and processing of accounts receivable. You will also be responsible for:

- Generating all billings
- Follow up overdue debtor invoices as requested
- Managing high volume collections
- Processing direct debits on the required dates
- Processing and clearing all debtor receipts
- Maintaining the ledger of debtor accounts
- Reconciling accounts, including evaluating credit balances when required
- Debtor reporting
- Month end accounting for Group support departments
- Administration of the national gift card program for the Dymocks network
- Ad-hoc duties as required

**Skills and Experiences**:
The successful applicant

Degree qualified
Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded
Experience in Yardi Voyager (Property management system) preferable
Experience in Accounts Receivable in a retail or commercial property environment
Excellent computer skills, including Excel
Proficient at balancing multiple requirements
Highly organised with the ability to adhere to key timelines
High attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
