We are looking for a mature minded, office cleaning professional who can work efficiently and who has an excellent eye for detail. Cleaning experience highly regarded, though not essential.

Casual position initially, consistent weekly work with a view to becoming PPT as per award conditions.

**Current award rates are**:
$33.70/hr from 600pm (M-F) inc 25% casual loading along with any other relevant penalties, laundry, and travel allowances. Weekend work extra as per award.

Plus 11.00% super

**Due to the nature of some of our clients and the work we do, to be eligible you must**:

- Hold current Australian Citizenship,
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a criminal history clearance (this is at no cost to you)
- Have a clean criminal history, and have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint)
- Have had two (2) or more covid vaccinations
- Be reasonably physically fit with no existing physical injuries. Cleaning is a tough gig. We don’t want you to injure yourself further
- Be well presented. Our clients are generally corporate businesses, so being able to present yourself in a professional way is essential

**Where will you work **

You will be working across multiple areas including, but not limited to Birtinya, Alex Heads, Maroochydore, Baringa and Sippy Downs.

**What does this look like for you?**

**Mondays** - Location Birtinya / One Office
- 600pm - 940pm
- 3 hrs 40 mins paid

**Thursdays** - Location Baringa / Two Offices
- 500pm - 745pm / 2 hrs 45 mins
- Pack gear + travel time 745pm - 755pm
- Break - 755pm - 815pm
- 815pm - 1100pm

6 hrs paid

**Fridays** - Location Birtinya or Sippy Downs / One Office
- 600pm - 1015pm
- 4 hrs 15 mins paid

Rotational Saturdays / Sundays - 1 in 4.
