We are looking for few enthusiastic, high energy FOH All-Rounder to join our Lilydale Cafe team. You will need to work independently and be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for students and staff.

This is a casual role, with working hours from Monday to Friday. Some early morning may be required. If you’re passionate about food and love engaging with people, this is the role for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to staff and clients.
- Heat and prepare basic food items.
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Cafe area, including dining tables, counters, and kitchen equipment.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Provide support for special events or functions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with POS management.
- **Barista skills**.
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High standard of food safety, cleanliness and attention to details.
- **Must have WWCC**
