**About You**

We are seeking male support workers who:

- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in support work, preferably in the disability or NDIS sector.
- Are passionate about empowering clients and enhancing their quality of life.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are empathetic, reliable, and adaptable to client needs.
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Have an NDIS Worker Screening Check or are willing to obtain one.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide in-home and community-based support tailored to client needs.
- Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and social engagement.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for clients.
- Collaborate with the broader care team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
