**About the role**:
We currently have a permanent part time position in East Geelong available for 27 hours per fortnight. In the capacity of a Residential Support Worker, you will provide extensive support to individuals with disabilities within a residential setting, covering tasks such as personal care, meal assistance, hoisting, and transfers.

**At Gateways we work on a fortnightly, Week 1/ Week 2 roster, our work weeks run Thursday to Wednesday. Roster details are below**:
**Week 1**
Sunday: 3pm - 10pm & Sleepover

Monday: 7am - 9am

**Week 2**:
Sunday: 3pm - 10pm & Sleepover

Monday: 7am - 9am & 3pm - 10pm & Sleepover

Tuesday: 7am - 9am

- Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status)

- Qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work or equivalent (desirable)
