Are you looking for a unique and highly flexible role? We are looking for people in the Perth area for a casual role assisting our Japanese clients settling into the city.

We are a national relocation agency. We take the stress, overwhelm and hassle out of interstate and international relocations.

Come join us and help us help people relocate.

The role itself is Flexibile in that you can work from home for the admin, and you will be out and about the rest of the time so you will need your own car.

We are looking for someone to help settle in our Japanese clients so you will be fluent in both written and spoken Japanese. You will be helping them find rental homes, get drivers licenses, doctors, schools and general settling in assistance.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills. Working with real estates locally, and a remote team of colleagues using our apps. Comms is crucial.
- Ability to manage time effectively. You are mainly working alone, with international clients so being able to portion your day is key.
- Attention to detail; our clients are relying on you noticing things that they can't see from just a video. You are their eyes on the ground.
- The ability to deal with change is very important, viewings cancel, clients change their mind, your day may change from what you had planned so often things can be last minute and you have to be able to go with the flow.

**Responsibilities**
- view rental properties and provide feedback to the client, the team and the real estate agents where necessary.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- A current Valid Australian Driver’s License & own car
- Fluent written and spoken Japanese

This job can be a little sporadic in nature so some weeks you may have lots of viewings and other weeks may be quieter. It is always different and always fun, but could be suited to someone who doesn't need a set amount of hours every week.

This job will be casual to start, if you are interested to grow the role there is scope for a permanent position, and if it suits to remain casual we are happy with that too.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
