Relocation Consultant

Required to carry out home inspections on an adhoc basis as and when needed. This is a subcontractor role where the individual would need to invoice the business for the flat fee of $45 incurred when carrying out a home inspection on our behalf
Hours of work will vary and dependant on requirements week to week /month to month
Will need the following skills/attributes
Customer service - must be able to speak to agents and other clients
People skills
Ability to take video on thier phone
Computer literate
Have their own car - you will use your own car and mileage is included in the flat fee (usually no longer than a 20 mins drive from home location) higher rate is paid for viewings further out.
This is a subcontractor role with insepctions based on customer needs and therefore irregular work - suiting someone who has flexibility and time on thier side. Ability to be available as and when needed (usually with a few days notice). Would suit a retired or semi retired individual.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 per week
