We are looking for a **LEAD BARISTA** interested in a casual, long term position up to 5 shifts per week with Saturdays and Sundays essential.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**You've got to be a genuine professional barista** with serious coffee skills and effortless latte art. As a guide, our current baristas have between 4 and 16 years experience. We are well known for excellent coffee (and food, and service), so you will need to measure up by proving that you can create 200-300 consistent coffees per day (about 5kg's) and handle a busy coffee machine on your own.

This is also a great role to interact with customers. You will need to love a busy café environment while providing memorable service to our hundreds of regular customers.

Family owned and operated, Café Alfons has been around for 14 years. We do breakfast and lunch 7 days a week. Our business is based on being excellent at three things - food, coffee and service. We are looking for someone who gets this and wants to contribute to our team and to our reputation.
