On Highway Supervisor

**Your new opportunity**:
Lead and supervise the on-highway workshop at our branch based in Singleton.

In this role you will:

- Supervise and take responsibility of workshop repairs in the On Highway area that aim to meet customer schedules and maximise resource availability and capability
- Lead and coach technicians in repair routines promoting safety and quality in all aspects of the workshop environment providing input into training and development areas
- Promote productivity and efficiency improvements with all technicians to maximise profitability and efficiency
- Deliver customer satisfaction through achieving customer schedules for return of vehicles.

**About you**:

- Appropriate Trade qualification
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in Penske and MAN, Western Star, Dennis Eagle, Detroit and Allison product lines
- Experience of at least 5 years in the Heavy Vehicle or Engine business
- Previous leadership experience in a workshop environment is desirable
- Knowledge of labour productivity and efficiency
