**Part-time (0.5 FTE), fixed term position available immediately for a period of 12 months**
JBI, situated within the School of Public Health, is an international research organisation that develops and delivers unique evidence-based information, software, education and training designed to improve healthcare practice and health outcomes. JBI has a mission focussed, positive workplace culture that supports and develops staff skills and knowledge in evidence-based healthcare.
The successful applicant will work closely with students and the research team, and some national and international travel may be required.
**To be successful you will need**:
Knowledge and Experience:
- Demonstrative experience in the provision of administrative, research, grant and project support services.
- Demonstrated experience communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional and responsive manner to deliver client centric results.
- Sound computing skills, including using the Microsoft Office suite, conducting literature searches, and maintaining an Endnote library.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
- Demonstrated understanding of scientific/ research processes and terminology.
- Experience in planning and conducting systematic reviews (desirable).
Qualification/s:
Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience in public health, health sciences or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and /or training in a health field.
