**About the Role**:
Green by Nature is offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering top-quality turf renovations across a major mowing contract. Your day-to-day will involve operating trucks and tractor-driven renovation equipment, where your basic mechanical knowledge will be essential. You'll be hands-on in carrying out sports field renovations, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards.

**About You**:

- General understanding of operating machinery
- MR Licence (or willingness to obtain essential)
- Experience operating Tractors with 3-point linkage attachments (aerators, scarifiers, spreaders etc)
- Working with children (or willingness to obtain)
- White card (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Manual Driver’s licence
