The Fresh Collective is currently seeking passionate full time baristas to join their team at the Australian Museum. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
**About the role**
- Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Provide a high-quality service to guests
- Work as an integral part of the front of house team
- Day Shift on Monday to Sunday
- On Wednesday, the day shift extends until 9pm
- Full Time position

**About You**
- Ideally 2 years Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Great knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold valid RSA
- Valid full time working rights in Australia
- Applicants with indigenous or Torres Strait Island background are strongly encouraged to apply
