**About the Role**
As a Principal HR Solutions Consultant specializing in public sector markets, you will play a critical role in growing the Public Sector Workforce Solutions portfolio in the NSW and ACT markets.

You will engage and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders across government and public sector entities, provide strategic consulting advice and direct the delivery of key projects including rewards, workforce and organisation transformation, leadership and talent, employee experience and culture, data and insights.

Your deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the public sector will enable you to lead business development and client relationship management activities to achieve revenue growth.

**About You**
You have a proven track record developing and sustaining business within NSW public sector organisations, identifying client needs, developing appropriate solutions and successfully marketing significant scale consulting interventions.

Your experience in managing complex projects within a public sector context includes: stakeholder management, solution design, directing project delivery, managing quality of client deliverables, and managing commercial aspects of project delivery.

Ability to develop “trusted advisor” relationships with public sector C-Suite level executives and work collaboratively with colleagues in other service areas on client relationship management and delivery of integrated solutions.
