**This opportunity**

Manage the overall governance and evolution aspects of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) systems and process across TPG Telecom with specific focus on policy compliance, lifecycle, capacity, performance and risk management for TPG Telecom.

Guide and collaborate with Architecture and Delivery teams in the planning, design and execution of relevant solutions & business project outcomes.

Requires an in-depth knowledge of technologies and process related to Identity & Access Management (IAM).

**Responsibilities**

Management and leadership role of technical systems and processes, you will drive the currency of planning inputs and outputs related to these systems and governance of the processes, including:

- Strategic and delivery leadership for IDAM capability
- Alignment of the wider enterprise identity strategies and initiatives.
- Development and monitoring of processes, technologies, and financials to deliver IDAM services
- Systems lifecycle, capacity planning and roadmaps
- Ensuring IDAM capability has transparent performance measurement & optimisation
- Risk management and treatment plans
- Regular management reporting on platform / systems per the agreed domain reporting profiles
- OPEX and Capex budget for the nominated systems
- Working with vendors including the managed services vendors to ensure a cohesive and effective mix of technologies and process support towards IDAM capabilities
- Management of engineering system technical owner work with relevant architectural and project teams towards solutions and projects
- Supporting project teams through design approval, testing and acceptance
- Continually improve IDAM processes, methodology and approach to secure robust planning outcomes.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering, Computing or Information Technology and/or demonstrated work experience in telco
- Preferably minimum 5 years of technical experience and working knowledge in designing and managing IAM systems with experience on SailPoint and CyberArk systems an advantage
- Knowledge of IDAM workflows and eco-system integrations
- Demonstrate knowledge of IDAM technologies and eco-system integrations across on-premises and Cloud hosted systems
- Exercise independent judgement and work with limited supervision.
- Identify and implement steps to mitigate project risks reducing TPG telecom exposure to project delays / additional costs / service impacts
- Strong customer focus, both internally and externally, in execution of accountabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to easily develop new relationships with both suppliers and colleagues.
