The team are bound by a family atmosphere, live onsite in a vibrant community and are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Inventory Coordinator to join their teamthis is where you come in.

**What you can expect from a day in this role**:

- Accepting and allocating deliveries according to Food Safety Standards
- Processing delivery notes and invoices manually and through SwiftPOS
- Liaising and building professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with ordering, receipting and other SwiftPOS related activities as required
- Supporting business processes, policies and systems relevant to the smooth operation of the department

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts
- A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve
- A vehicle and drivers licence (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property
- Experience with ordering and organising food and beverage, including adhering to food safety standards
- Experience with SwiftPOS is desirable

This role is in a beautiful remote Tasmanian location, but still only a two hour drive away from Hobart and Launceston.

Our staff have access to live in subsidised and fully-furnished accommodation in Tasmania’s breathtaking Freycinet National Park which is located only 10 minutes drive from holiday town, Coles Bay. You can also expect access to Wi-Fi, gym, entertainment and BBQ facilities at the employee accommodation site, as well as a complimentary meal on your shift.
