As a** Product Manager,** you will be joining the Home Ownership team within Personal Banking that’s all about customer obsession.

As **Product Manager,** you will
- Utilise strong and established stakeholder relationships to influence and ensure delivery of outcomes
- Represent the voice of customer and colleague when developing the roadmap and ensuring the backlog is nurtured to ruthlessly prioritise deliverables that support HOD achieve their goals
- Work with Marketing Strategy lead, to be jointly accountable for the ultimate success of squad outcomes and deliverables
- Manage product risk through early detection of product and disclosure flaws, monitoring products with metrics that demonstrate key outcomes

**What you will bring**:

- In depth understanding of lending products from a business or technology perspective
- 5+years of experience mobilising and supporting cross functional teams
- Experience working with agile ways of working
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders to inform decision making
