**About the role**:
Reporting to the Night Trading Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the inventory processes to maximise availability and profitability in Grocery, Dairy, General Merchandise and Apparel. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end ordering process and play a key component in providing extraordinary in store shopping experiences for our customers.

**About you and your skills**:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a Dry Goods Manager or Department Manager
- Experience in Grocery/Dairy, Promotional Planning and in Easy Ordering processes
- Experience in leading processes and achieving objectives
- Direct/indirect leadership experience as you’ll be leading, coaching and developing team members to meet sales targets, cost control and inventory requirements
- Ability to keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
- Be well organised with excellent time management skills
- Be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
- Drive a one team culture which celebrates success and puts our team members health, safety and wellbeing first
