**Crystalbrook Albion**is a devastatingly alluring 32 room boutique luxury hotel on Albion St Surry Hills, close to the Central train line and light rail stations. Our team is small, friendly and supportive of each other.

**THE ROLE**:
You will curate the hotel experience for our guests by overseeing and directiong the cleaning activities for the hotel, while working closely with the General Manager and Front Office Manager. You will be responsible for planning, organising and developing the housekeeping operations to keep the hotel shining.

This is a small 32 room botique hotel where your team become your family and we enjoy the day to day of Hospitality.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Your many talents will include:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a supervisor or above position within a hotel
- Understanding of Rostering, Labour costs, and profit and loss
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
