**Salary: $37.85 - $40.00 per Hour**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide individual support to NDIS participants, including those with high behaviour needs, in alignment with their personalized support plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and community engagement.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and empowering environment for participants.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of support provided and participant progress.
- Collaborate effectively with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal care.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following:

- **At least one year of experience** in a similar role (preferred).
- **Current First Aid Certificate**:

- **Current CPR Certificate**:

- **Current Police Check**:

- **Working with Children Check**:

- **NDIS Worker Orientation Training Completion Certificate**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Clearance**:

- **Manual Handling Certificate**:

- **Current Infection Control Certificate**:

- **Evidence of your legal right to work in Australia** (e.g., Citizenship Certificate, applicable visa, or birth certificate)
- **A recent photo for your ID**:

- **A scanned copy of your overseas or Australian passport**

**Skills and Attributes**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and a deep understanding of the needs of individuals with disabilities, especially those with high behaviour needs
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
