**Duties**:

- Answering phones, making calls and managing all general client correspondence
- Taking client payments and generating invoices
- Scanning, filing, data entry and other ad-hoc office tasks required by our clinical team
- Cleaning and organisation of our clinic space (e.g. waiting area) on a day to day basis
- Communicating important information with wider team in a timely fashion

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- Mature, organised, and able to prioritise and manage their own workload
- Experienced with using computers & Microsoft Office suite (in particular, Outlook, Word)
- Familiar with using POS and invoicing software
- Able to communicate with families from a wide range of backgrounds
- Able to work independently, and as part of a wider team
- Prior administrative experience (particularly in healthcare or education) will be
- Has a Working With Children Check / Blue card

**About us**:
We are a family run speech pathology clinic, seeing children aged 2-12 and their families. We value our staff member's wellbeing and are a friendly and supportive team to work with. Our team has recently expanded and we require additional administrative support to manage our busy front office needs.

The clinic is stocked with coffee and snacks for staff. Our staff connect regularly for monthly lunches, and on our quarterly team days. Onsite and street parking is available.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
