**About the Role**
Heart-led Sisters is currently seeking an experienced and emotionally intelligent **female support worker** to join a growing team of compassionate professionals supporting **two female participants** with **complex mental health needs and high physical support requirements**. This is a **specialist support role** that involves **sleepover shifts and rotating 24-hour care**, based on the Gold Coast.

We are looking to build a **small, highly skilled team** around these two participants. This is not your average support role - it requires emotional resilience, teamwork, and a strong foundation in person-centred care.

**Who We're Looking For**

You’ll be someone who:

- Has **hands-on experience** supporting individuals with **psychosocial disabilities**, trauma backgrounds, or complex behaviours of concern
- Is **confident with manual handling**, personal care, hoisting, and can maintain dignity and safety during these routines
- Brings a calm, grounded energy into the home and is able to hold space during emotionally heightened situations
- Is reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term continuity of care
- Is willing and able to complete **sleepover shifts** and potentially rotate through **day, evening, and weekend hours**as needed

**Essential Requirements**
- **Experience in**:
Manual Handling
Hoisting
Mental Health / Trauma-Informed Support
Personal Care
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **Current First Aid & CPR**:

- **Blue Card (Working with Children)**:

- **Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar** (or significant lived/work experience)
- **Valid Australian Driver Licence + Reliable Transport**
