**THE POSITION**

Do you thrive in a fast-paced and hands on customer service role within the retail environment?
Are you a motivated and switched on Security Guard who loves providing positive outcomes and solving issues?
We have multiple vacancies available across multiple retail stores in the
**Gold Coast and Brisbane**

To be successful, you must be an experienced Covert Security Officer in the retail space. You will deliver exceptional customer service and your personal presentation must be excellent.

**The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Plains clothes security operations
- Monitoring stores and High-Risk areas to prevent theft/loss
- Customer liaison and assistance with all enquiries
- Problem identification and resolution in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Maintenance and filing of required documentation
- Patrolling on foot and/or via vehicle
- Use of a range of security equipment and technology
- First Aid response
- Preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorised persons or unusual occurrences

**To be considered for this opportunity with Wilson Security, you must have the following skills, experience & licences**:

- Good Physical Presence
- Strong previous experience in Crowd Control
- Highly motivated with a proactive mindset
- Current and valid QLD Security licence
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Must hold current valid First Aid and CPR
- **Availability to work a roster across 24 hours per day, 7 days a week;**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and assist in developing staff
- Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia;
