Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are currently recruiting **Personal Care Workers** for the** Parramatta**:

- **Dundas, North Parramatta, Rydalmere, Winston Hills, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Beaumont Hills, Dural, Kenthurst, Bell Vista, Glenhaven,**Prospect, Seven Hills, Toongabbie, Bungarribee, Eastern Creek, Blacktown, Doonside, Kings Park, Marayong, Parklea, Quakers Hill, Mt Druitt, Oakhurst, Plumpton, Riverstone, Rooty Hill, Schofields,**Wentworthville, Girraween, Westmead, Pendle Hill, Merrylands, Granville, Greystanes**and surrounding areas**.

What’s On Offer
- Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (based on your location and availability)
- $32.85p/h - $33p/h (dependent on experience) + 11.5% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role:

- Personal Care: Experienced staff assist customers with Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
- Help at Home: such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
- Transport: transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- Client Awareness: Building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training
- Safety Practices: Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe

Key Requirements:

- Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday
- Align to our values of Warm, Bold & Honest
- Must have a minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support
- Proficiency in an additional language such as Mandarin/ Vietnamese/ Spanish/ Arabic/ Lebanese/ Greek is valued but not mandatory
- Experience in personal care and/or relevant qualifications would be highly regarded.
