**About the Role**

We’re looking for an **AUSLAN-fluent Support Worker** to support participants who are Deaf or hard of hearing, located in one of our Vertical Villages in Marrylands. You’ll play a vital role in helping them:

- Build confidence and independence
- Access community activities and appointments
- Organise and participate in daily routines
- Develop life skills like budgeting, cooking, and planning
- Communicate effectively and confidently in their preferred language
- Navigate services, transport, or local supports

This is a _social, empowering_ role - you’re not doing things _for_ people, but _with_ them.

**What You’ll Need**
- **Fluency in AUSLAN** (essential)
- Experience in disability, mental health, or community support
- Strong communication, patience, and the ability to build trust
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, insured vehicle
- Cert III or IV in Disability or Individual Support (preferred but not essential)
