**Company Description** Exciting Opportunity at Halls Head Dental Join Our Team as a Full time Receptionist**

At our practice, we provide a full spectrum of dental services, including routine check-ups, cleanings, and advanced treatments such as veneers, teeth whitening, and implants. Our focus is on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care to ensure a positive experience with each visit.

**Working hours**:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:30pm

As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play an important role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and visitors.
- Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
- Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**
- An empathetic & caring individual who loves to brighten up people's days.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Polite phone manner and a friendly face-to-face demeanour.
- Proven experience in a medical reception role with administration elements.
- An ability to multitask when things get busy and maintain attention to detail.
- Team player who is self-motivated and can work unsupervised.
