**What is the role?**

We are opening an expression of interest for an energetic and enthusiastic Workplace Specialist (Mail Services) to join our dynamic team in Macquarie Park. ( 3 Roles Availible)

We are seeking a customer experience champion who can help us deliver unscripted, personalised service in a casual corporate environment.

The role is based in a state of the art corporate campus within Macquarie Park and has a Monday to Friday, corporate hours work schedule. If you are looking for a role where you can let your true colours shine and deliver the best possible service, look no further

**What will be involved in your day-to-day tasks?**
- Provide an engaging on brand welcome and farewell to all staff, clients and contractors entering the site
- To deliver daily Mail Service operations such as handling incoming and outgoing mail to employees per set timeframes.
- Maintaining solid product, system and procedural knowledge of all lines of the standard and non-standard lines of stationery, parcel and mail processes
- Successfully complete and assist in the receipt/despatch of a Courier booking using current practises and procedures.
- Proactively following up on situations required where customers are tracking parcels or mail, exhausting all avenues to meet customer’s expectations and seek resolve
- Conducting screening process and induction for all ad-hoc internal and external contractors to allow entry on site following specified requirements met.
- Seek opportunity to implement process improvements and/or refine current practices as they may be to enhance the Customer experience and monitoring own quality of work
- Complete Work Ready audits of office floors and log jobs with relevant teams as required
- Provide support and coverage to the wider Property operations team, including the Loading Dock, Workplace Concierge and Front of House team
- Assist with administrative tasks as per the request from the tenant
- Recognise VIPs, guests and building staff and use their names wherever possible.
- Provide a service level beyond the tenant’s expectations to go above and beyond
- Look for ways to improve the tenants experience of working within the building
- Deliver on WOW moments, which our visitors and clients will not forget

- You possess a friendly, pleasant, and energetic personality who enjoys providing excellent customer service. Proven competencies in supporting a team and interacting with client staff and suppliers are essential.
- You will have a customer-oriented attitude and manage multiple operational matters daily - prioritisation is vital
- Immaculate personal presentation, high level of professionalism and integrity
- Passionate about service delivery and finds satisfaction with exceeding client expectations

2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, events, operations, mail services or related would be an advantage.
