Based only minutes away from Geelong's city centre with the Great Ocean Road at your doorstep, our client is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to lead, develop and enhance the supportive care team of one of Victoria's top-end Aged Care facilities.

**The Role**
- Provide clinical guidance and leadership to care staff
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a large team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers and support staff
- Work closely with the facility manager in developing and managing the overall facilities performance
- Nurturing positive relationships with nursing and care staff whilst engaging with our residents in a meaningful way

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a Clinical leadership role
- Registered Nursing qualification
