Come join the team, based on site in Burpengary. As the construction workload continues to increase, the team need a Leading Hand, helping to get homes ready for quality assurance inspections and new homeowner visits. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand on their experience in residential construction and potentially further their career. You'll get to work with a great team and a quantity of work guaranteed in this multi-year project.

**Describe the client (1-2 sentences max)**:
This is a diversified Australian property development company. It has business in shopping centres, residential estates, industrial estates and manufactured housing communities.

**Position Description - What will they be doing in their role?**
- Getting houses ready for quality inspection
- Completing any scope gap jobs from other trades in preparation for client handover
- House/site clean ups
- Liaising with contractors onsite

**Position Requirements - Any qualifications needed? Certifications, tickets, licence etc.**:

- Construction site experience or similar, working as a Leading Hand or Labourer
- A trade certificate in any of the following such as Carpentry or any other services trades but not essential
- Hold a white card
- Hold a first aid certificate or a refresher can be arranged
- Have your own PPE - steel caps and high-vis and if you have your own tools but can be provided if not
- Current drivers' licence and reliable transport to get to/and from work, and if you hold any other licences such as a Forklift or Bobcat ideal but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
