**Job Description**:
**CHSP Sales Coordinator**

This is a purpose filled role where you will be helping seniors gain access to services that enable them to live their best lives in their own homes for as long as possible and is based in our office at Lewisham (parking on site). Some working from home is an option after initial training period.

You will be responsible for assisting clients and families to navigate the Aged Care system, promoting the wide range of services we offer, nurturing the leads/opportunities and onboarding new clients over the phone. This is a dynamic, fast paced role and does require the ability to talk with clients over the phone and enter data simultaneously.
- Experience in sales/influencing decision making and working with KPI’s
- Excellent computer skills
- Patience, empathy and a caring approach
- Ability to enter data while engaging with a client over the phone
- A strong client focus and a passion for quality customer service
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills required
