**CHSP Client Onboarding Coordinator**
- Lewisham NSW Location, Immediate start
- Full Time 12 month contract with extension possibility
- Multiple positions available
- Opportunity to enter the Aged Care Industry
- Exciting opportunities have now become available to join our CHSP Onboarding Team and enter the Aged Care Industry._

In this role, you will be helping seniors gain access to services within their homes that enable them to live their best lives in their homes for as long as possible.

You will be responsible for assisting clients and families to navigate the Aged Care system, promoting the wide range of services we offer, nurturing the leads/opportunities and onboarding new clients over the phone.

Your ability to connect, empathise and assist clients and carers through the onboarding process will assist in your success.

- Experience in lead conversion and working with KPI’s
- Patience, empathy and caring approach
- A strong client focus and a passion for quality customer service
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills required
