Our processes have been simplified for speed and you will be trained across the food prep operations which involve both prep and service. You would be working in a fast paced environment side-by-side with other young, energetic and fun health focused people.
About The Role
Cali Press are currently on the hunt for a new foodie who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for health, Customer service and a collaborative approach of working within an amazing Team.
Essential Duties
- Prepare a range of produce to meet finished product requirements
- Work fast and efficiently
- Lead and Inspire your team in your section
- Engage with your team and customers alike to become a valued crew member
- Ability to have fun while working hard
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and quality at all times
Individual Requirements
- Have the ability to take full responsibility over the kitchen and produce ordering
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work as team
- Ability to ensure product consistency and maintain cafe operational standards
- Ability to train and mentor your team members
- Interests in health and nutrition are a plus
- Must be able to work Monday - Sunday 7am-4pm
