Fortitude Protective Services is hiring reliable and professional **Security Officers** to work across a variety of **licensed venues** and **corporate sites** in Sydney’s CBD.

If you’re a well-presented and proactive guard who thrives in dynamic environments — from high-end corporate buildings to busy nightlife venues — we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Maintain a safe and secure presence at licensed venues and corporate locations
- Conduct access control, ID checks, and monitor patron or visitor behavior
- Manage entry points and perform regular foot patrols
- De-escalate incidents professionally and report any suspicious activity
- Liaise with venue or building management and emergency services when needed
- Complete shift and incident reports accurately and on time

**What You’ll Need**:

- Current NSW Security Licence (minimum 1AC)
- Valid RSA (for licensed venues)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including nights and weekends

**Preferred (but not essential)**:

- Experience working in licensed venues or corporate security
- Conflict resolution and crowd management skills
- Familiarity with incident reporting tools or visitor management systems
