**Your next career opportunity**
As an Instructional Designer in the Health, Safety & Wellbeing portfolio, you'll spearhead the development of bespoke training packages for the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology's state-of-the-art facilities. You'll have the opportunity to establish a standardised training framework, collaborate with key stakeholders, and create engaging content for diverse users, including staff, students, and industry partners. Your innovative approach will be crucial in operationalising new facilities and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop Innovative Training Solutions: Design and implement tailored, engaging training packages for new and existing engineering spaces.
- Establish Safety Standards: Create and manage a standardised training and induction framework that meets safety obligations across all Faculty spaces.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Foster relationships with key partners to develop effective training solutions, leveraging technical expertise to drive optimal outcomes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyse learning needs, develop strategies, and promote best practices in health and safety training.

**You may be a great fit if**:
You are a creative and experienced instructional designer with a strong background in developing engaging learning solutions, particularly in health and safety contexts, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive impactful training outcomes.

**You may also**:

- Possess a degree in a related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Have expertise in instructional design methodologies and experience producing learning solutions for new systems and processes.
- Be proficient in using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and digital software for online learning development.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Australian Accessibility Standards for online learning modules.
- Excel in stakeholder management and change management.
- Have experience in managing multiple initiatives and delivering against deadlines in an agile environment.
