**About the Program**:

- A 2 year immersive, rotational program with experience and exposure to multiple areas of the business;
- Provides Learning and Development opportunities through multi-modal in-house training, whether online self-learning platforms, graduate conferences, departmental lunch & learns, or specialized group learning, and through coaching and mentoring opportunities.

**About You**:
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven, persistent, competitive, and passionate people. We’re not fussy on your major, so long as you have a recent undergraduate degree in Business or a related field. It’s also key that you:

- Have strong communication skills and are naturally collaborative & curious;
- You will enjoy building strong customer relationships;
- Have prior work or project experience, ideally in customer service;
- Have a positive and friendly attitude, and a strong work ethic;
- Are self-motivated and eager to learn;
- With excellent analytical and problem solving capability.
